It really depends on what you want from the site and how much you want to spend.
My first recommendation would be Agent Image - $3,500 for a semi- custom site and you own it or $6,500 for a custom - basically a word press site -both come with a ton of bells and whistles and you own it. You will pay about $250 per year to host it -- and they have an option to handle your seo for about $250 per month bI like Agent Image because you own it and its seo friendly. They are also easy to work with.
Real Estate web masters is good also - i like their simple design - you are looking at about $2500 up front and apprx $150 per month but you do not own the site.
Kunversion and Market Leader (Kunversion is one of the three that I use and my main site) is a lead generation site, crm, auto posting machine, built in valuation, auto responder, single listing creator, auto call back, auto text to customers in database, auto craigslist poster and much more ... you are looking at nothing up front but about $600 per month (worth ever penny to me) but again you do not own the site. I like it bc they handle all seo and the site has many tools that others do not.
Ihouse and Placester ( i also have a placester site) are decent options for about $175 per month with no set up.. these are easy to set up and good low cost options .... again you do not own the site.
Then there are other free and low cost options such as Wix (very good and free), ZIllow offers a site for $10 per month and others.

Check out the good folks at Dakno Marketing. Don't tell them that I sent you, or they may charge you extra.

I am finding Company websites are not getting the traffic they used to unless your one of the big guys. I ask my clients where they search for properties and they say Redfin, Zillow, Trulia as their top choices. I have a wordpress website that I put content on and have my listings posted on but rely on myself to get make contacts with people on a daily basis.

I have unsubscribed to a dozen email cam[aigns just this week alone. Agents and clients do not like to be spammed so send your contact info to them sparingly so it will not be trashed or ignored.

Wordpress ... manage yourself and do not rely upon third party providers ... drip campaigns ... I don't use them. They are annoying ... like spam to me. I recommend you rethink dripping .....

Real Estate Webmasters looks pretty shiny. Not my cup of tea because I like to do everything myself, but they look like they have some shiny products that have lots of integrations. I did look at their IDX for my website (my favorite so far) and their backend had good management features and a drip email setup. May have even had MailChimp integration, but I could be wrong there (I looked at sooo many).

We have recommended Agent Image, and I have heard some negative talk recently. It depends on how savvy you are when it comes to website platforms. A
