We have a ton of “bi-level” houses built from the 50’s through 80’s. There are the least popular style but the lowest cost.

A two story traditional home is the current most popular style.

While there are some "older homes" we primarily focus on newer construction, post 1980s, the vast majority being single family residential.

ours is the typical New England colonial style home with a two car attached garage.... 8/4/2.5.....builders provide those everywhere and if the home expands, it's usually a family room outside the main box and/or a third floor walkup....or space finished over the garage.... the last two are cheap space to provide...

Albuquerque homes are as diverse as the people here.  Stucco and either tile or  flat roofs are the norm.

We have a mixture of styles and values here, Cajun style and Acadian style show up quite often.

Not any one type.  Many styles and prices to choose from.

We have a variety of home styles here as well. Condo's only a handful.

Detached homes are mostly Colonial style homes, but we have homes in all styles.

You name it, we've got it!  Something for every taste and every budget!!

Mostly bilevels/split levels, followed closely by colonials. However, we also have Victorians, Cape Cods, Ranches, Farm houses, etc. There's something for everyone!

We have a wide variety of styles of houses and condos.

If I specify my market as the part of town I work the most in I can say in South Beach it is a mix of Art Deco and Mediterranean architecture. Two of my favorite types!

Good morning Michael. I've very fortunate, doing mortgages in eight states means there is every imaginable style.

We really have a mix...because we have a wide span of when houses were built.  It can vary by town.  Colonials, splits, raised ranches, tudors, some moderns.

Some 60s homes in a town are split.

Another town has lots of condo complex.

I think the answer is - it depends.

Our area cliche house is the brick two story center hall colonial.

Depends on the part of town.  Lower priced tract homes... well they all look alike.  Higher end homes tend to have more elegant designs and vary from colonial to tudor to ultra-modern to "who knows what."

In Princeville, we have many plantation style condos and homes.  The lanai is very important to our style of living here where we can be outside 12 months of the year.  But there are many different home designs - nothing about Princeville is cookie-cutter.  And there is always the option to buy a lot and build your own dream home.

Ranch homes have and probably be the most popular, with two stories in second.

2-story or colonial. Ranches are in the most demand - throw in a basement & buyers have fights on the side walk.

Condos(ish) - We have coach homes/manor homes here. 8 in a building with 4 on 2nd floor & 4 on 1st floor. Garage included.  Only in Chicago suburbs as far as I know.

Townhomes that are 2 story are most popular in burbs with high-rises in the city.

There is no one common style in my town.  We have quite the variety.
