I also took a listing because of a specific market report I do for a specific area. That seller sees me as the local real estate professional for that area. I'm also working with a buyer that found me because of AR. This buyer is a bit of a long shot, but I don't have to spend too much time on her at this time.

I believe that the increase in mobile marketing is aff citing th importance of the blog as a direct link to sales. People respond to video, Snapchat, Instagram and others. The blog becomes more of a traffic driver and a reputation enhancer. The point of Google indexing is dominating a category so they won't necessarily read your blog but to call you because you are th chief contributor.
