They were "run out of business" here in Charlotte some years back. But even prior to that, they were known to be very difficult to work with and not always delivering a high quality product. I did not recommend them to my personal clients.

I consider them to be lower end and more basic and no frills type of construction. They are a very cost cutting production builder.

They are what they are for the price. Most folks purchase them because of their price point. I often add several pages to the builder's punch list.

Beazer floor plans do not meet to the standards of other prominent builders. Beazer prices them selfs higher for the same sq. ft. They do build a good home.

The homes they've built in this area seem to be pretty nice. For the price, they deliver a product with decent finishes and design.

They are what they are for the price.
In North Pinellas County, Florida, they tend to build in the affordable housing range. That is a challenge and they did a good job. However, in the same community of established higher end homes, it create a lot of confusion. "But I can get new construction for a lot less!" "Yes you can, but you are not comparing apples to apples."

Beazer is a production builder. Don't expect much more than basic and you are on your way!

I've seen several, they were building not far from here. They are on par with other builders like KHOV, Ryan, Richmond American, NDI, etc, but they wouldn't be in my top 3 choices if I was looking for a builder.
