I would be selective if I used Television and not use a shotgun approach to times broadcast.  Be selective with your audience.

It is so different now than ten years ago.  I still use postcards for mass mailings via the EDDM (Every Door Direct Mailing) service with the post office.  It gets to each and every occupied house in a zip code region.

T&S, you have a gold mine right here on ActiveRain to learn from. Here's what I would do. I'd go to the leaderboard and reach out to some of the top realtors right here in AZ and ask them how they advertise on FB, Google, or other social media outlets. I'm almost positive that they would have the answers, and would be willing to share with you how they have become so successful in their businesses. If not, then reach out to some of the Ambassadors here. I'm sure there are many Ambassadors here who are very successful in advertising their businesses on social media and would be willing to help get you started.

Sometimes we get metrics confused with success. Hits on your blog, website or wherever doesn't work if some connection with emotional resonance is not created. I think multiple target markets with specialized information geared to a Google and YouTube PPC would be what I would be thinking about. This also means hiring someone for keywords also.

I don't think that is the best approach. If you are trying to capture a buyer for a specific property then target the buyer profile for that particular listing. Determine who your target market is first, then direct your marketing efforts towards that buyer.

No, I would not.  That is the fastest way to waste money!  Everyone is not your marketplace!

Facebook dark posts and Google Adwords. With one caveat, make sure you really drill down on what your desired ROI is, before you even start. Don't just throw money at the fan!
