I hope it is the client - it is their new adventure, not mine!

I get excited when I see and hear the excitement in my clients.

I always hope it's the client -- I refrain from celebrating until it's over.

When I was new, I think I was. But, more for the "wow, I did It!" factor than the $$$, because I was working 2 jobs back them, I wasn't driven by the money as a primary thrill.

But, I've learned to be excited it through my client's enthusiasm & joy. I love that "here's your keys" moment. But, I know it's my clients joy that brings me my joy now...the commission checks are nice too. Honestly, one of my biggest joys is dinner with my clients weeks later in the house I sold them, now all furnished & decorated. They have so much fun showing off what they did to the place. 

Usually the client since they are emotionally involved. To me, it is just another transaction.

When it's all said and done, we are all excited, but we hope the client is really excited for this new chapter in their lives...

Hopefully the client. It is routine for me but more novel for them!

My Client. New home, possibly a new life and life style etc etc. Im happy for them but for sure they are more exited than I am

Good morning Debbie. Definitely my clients, through them I can get excited as well.

 I would hope that the clients would be. It is the beginning of their new lives.

Of course, we all are, but clients already made all plans of what, when and how. I'm very happy when they get keys when it is scheduled.

They appear happy and that makes me smile!

Especially when dealing with first time buyers, it is the client.

The closing is just part of my job. My clients are always more excited than I am. 

Generally enough excitment to go around for everybody when checks are arriving!

I think the clients, I never get excited about a closing, until it is closed.

Debbie - I am hoping that my client would be more excited. I am excited for them as well, but would also be a little excited that I received a paycheck for a job well done.

I hope it's my buyer or seller although I still get excited in a quiet way over closings after all these years.

Always my client ....it's just a relief for me after all we have to go through ...the check is nice also ...

Oh me for sure. They are relieved and I'm just happy it all went well. 

I get excited about closings but I agree with Susan Emo it should be the client as they are the one buying or selling a house.

Both. To my client it's a new beginging and usually a life change. To me it's the satisfaction of job well done and a happy customer. It's also a pay day although I seldom think about the money until I see it on the closing statement. 

when I was active, I think it was equal... and I was always very psyched when I closed a listing....it didn't matter if it was listing #900, it was a "rush" that was felt...

Home buyers are the most excited. Sellers have mixed emotions. They may be sad to move .

Definitely my clients.  It's all about them!  Don't get me wrong, I really like closings, but when you've been doing this a while they aren't as exciting as they once were.  

The client. For me, a closing is just part of the job.

hopefully the client! for them it is a once or twice in a lifetime - for us it should be once or twice a week or at least a month.

My excitement is derived from knowing how great the celebration will be if I do an exceptional job as their wing-man.

They may never know the calamities averted, but when I see their radiating faces..."I KNOW."

We do this many, many, many times a year. It is what we 'MAKE."

Hi Debbie..my clients!! They are purchasing the home and always excited..I'm honored to help them though the process and help them celebrate!

I think we are both equally excited, but for different reasons. And, of course, I'm super excited for them!

My clients are usually very happy to close.
