Well, Larry, if you mean non-denominational, that's one thing. If you mean non-descript, I would say why bother. But it you are looking to be non-denominational, I'd say anything with wreaths and greenery and bows and candles would work.

we don't have any non-descript decorations....it's Christmas and we decorate accordingly.... 

Just be authentic. Decorate what's in your heart my man, people like you for you. I personally have no respect for "politically correct". 

I say "Merry Christmas" to folks after Thanksgiving as a greeting, not an attempt to convert them, if you reply Happy Hanuka, Happy Kwanzaa, Merry Christmas or "peace brother", I'd smile knowing we both wished each other seasons greetings based on our authentic beliefs...where's the offense in that?

There's no way we're going non-denominational around here haha! With Evelyn Johnston  and I working it's sure to be a decorating frenzy! This is not something I've heard of for an office, but my daughters' school deals with this every year. They can't even have holiday parties anymore. It has to be a winter party and cannot include anything descriptive of a holiday. I still take part but it does make me sad to realize they aren't having the same great experience I did as a kid, making candy cane ornaments etc. for the class party. I make up for it at home!

I think I will do some fake holly around the door. 

When I was managing, we decorated the lobby every year. There was a group who took on the project! 

The brokerage office likes to decorate for many holidays.

It is Christmas and I will have Christmas decorations.

I'm guessing that the deorations in my office will be, um, descript!

The new office will be a new experience and I will have a few decorations at my desk.

If I know the background of an individual they will get their appropiate response otherwise Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

To me putting up non descript decorations would be offending. I put up wreaths and have my Christmas tree. 

If I had my own office I would put up decoartions for both Christmas and Hanukkah. Most people love to seea Christmas tree.

If someone is offended by my Christmas decorations in this Christian country, let them go someplace else.  I do not wish to be PC or to do business with someone who wants me to change the way I live my life.

I think holly and evergreen and berries are very tasteful. I am not a tinsel and Christmas tree person for offices.

None in my house! It will be a Gingerbread Frenzy for the kids when they come on the 14th to decorate their Gingerbread Houses.

We subscribe to less is more so we have one 1960's tree that is aluminum branches if you remember those and we have hot pink decorations.

Why be Non Descript?  That is insulting to many.

I dont decorate for the holidays but if I did I would do it for real and decorate for Christmas, Hanukkah, or whatever the real holiday was, not some generic meaningless commercial sham.

I don't do the decorating in my office, Larry.  Though anything is OK with me.

Not much, only with lights, a small desk composition and cards  I receive. 

Probably white lights?  A simple red bow here and there might add a little festive color, but shouldn't "offend"...

I can't help but comment that I am so fed up with this political correct stuff.  We are fans of Christmas, one of us was not raised with a Christmas tree, and one was.  We both love decorated trees, we appreciate Channukah, Kwanza, and whatever is out there.  Why not just relax and enjoy it all.  Isn't that what life is all about.  A
