We have all shower heads low-flow, so those that are large and fancy does not work well. I'd focus more on the shower design.

Sally, I wouldn't do anything in a second bathroom. That's a waste of money. The Master Bath is where you want to put the fancy features in. That's the one people use and the one that gets the fancy walk-in shower. The secondary (aka kids or guest) bath gets the tub.
