Michael Thornton - I started on a marketing plan revision in September that grew quickly into a business plan revision.  I thought it would be a 90-day project but now includes updating my website, blog, and e-mail system (content management system and e-mail marketing).  I'm hoping it is done by the new year!

We do three years ahead. We also project longer term goals.

With the new move just a few minor changes and presto it will be done.

Yes, but changing geographic locations by May has it a bit tangled!

Sadly no.  But our strategy is working and keeping that.  Just have to figure out how much growth I'm shooting for and ways to build to that.

Yes, making HUGE changes for 2016, even though 2015 has been an amazing year for me! 

No. 2016 is expected to be a year of doing things for fun.

at this point, I'm focused on securing as much future business as possible by marketing land to builder/developers.... have 100 lots secured for next year and another 250 being promised to us.... once next year's inventory is secured tightly, I'll have a marketing plan and a firm business plan in place for the year 2016 and the next 5 years.....

Good morning Michael. No business plan until next month, it takes me about an hour. I will tweak the number of referral I will give out throughout the coming year.

Yes - but I have a lot more to do.

I have the plan all figured out subject to change of course and new and exciting opportunities that come up.

I will in December right now I am taking car of my hubby who was in the hospital for 3 weeks and is now home.

I have the rough draft going. I plan to work on it and complete it very soon.

Yes, all done.  I took my 2015 plan and crossed out the 5 and added a 6!

G'day, Michael! We will start going over an advertising budget in the first quarter, but otherwise, chugging along. We definitely want to increase our social media by A LOT. 

yes I have Michael Thornton I think it is extremely important to plan.  You know the saying "A Failure to Plan is a Plan to Fail".  I am working on streamlining my business, and cutting expenses to increase my bottom line, not necessarily to take on more business.  My goal is to work smarter, not harder.
