Reverse the 80-20 rule. Commonly people spend 20% of their time in activities that generate 80% of their income. Look at what actually brings in income and spend 80% of your time on those activities.

1. Delete (if it does not help our business anyway)

2. Delegate (if someone can do it for you at lesser cost)

3. Delay (if only you have to do, prioritize and finish high priority task.)

4. Do it! (Most important tasks - like lead generation. Block time for this.)
