In Charlotte, North Carolina we are talking about 3.5 months for the region, but pockets of the area have less than 2 months.

The single family market here depending on the area can be very low like 60 days. The condo market is creeping up to 17 months right now.

Not enough...ever!

I have not yet looked at it. I know some subdivisions are hot.

I am not sure of the exact stats since it varies by area of town, but we are very short inventory in many areas that I work. You have to be first, or its under contract.

Good morning Inna. Impossible to give you and answer, as I do mortgages in eight states, but locally it would be almost a year.

About 6 months here on Kauai.

We have 8-9 months of inventory and have for the last 2 years.

Inna - We don't have a shortage of listings, and our months of inventory varies between 2.60 in Gilbert, AZ and 3.67 in Tempe, AZ. I also work Chandler, AZ, and Ahwatukee, AZ.

I couldn't even imagine 10-36 months of inventory?

I'm going to say 4-5 months Inna Ivchenko ....I'll do my stats this weekend to be sure.

Inna Ivchenko we are at North of Boston - so I work in many different towns.

Average for these towns is 4-5 months of inventory.

On good marketable homes, about 4-6 weeks

Denver's real estate market has been on fire for a couple of years, but right now the inventory is a bit higher.   About 1 1/2 months of inventory. 

Inventory is down but so are total sales volumes. In Evanston IL the number of total sales this year to date is 488 homes sold compared to 932 homes sold in the previous 12 months. The average sale price has also made just modest gains of 2% appreciation.

I am sure alot of this low inventory is because people have lost alot of equity in their homes and have too much debt and are just waiting until the market is fully recovered.

Overall less that 4 in Oklahoma City.

In Franklin MA, we have 3.5 months of single family homes available....it's a sellers' market.....

Without looking I don't know but we are short on listings. 

In the DC Metro Area, the median days on the market is up to 27. Properly priced homes sell quickly. 

There are about 12,000 listings and about 4,000 sales each month.

Not many, varies by the pricepoint.
