Never heard of them.  Most properties in my area are still using combo.  In the city they are usually supra lockboxes.

Yes I do not like the process. I had to text and wait for confirmation and then call in. I will avoid them in the future.

Not heard of them, but that is what a lock box does is let you let yoiurself and your client in

Hi Angelia --- do you mean allowing potential buyers/tenants to "visit" a property without an agent?   I would not use this type of lockbox and feel it's not something our industry should allow.

I see them for out of area agents and REOs.  Sometimes there will be a combo lock on the door handle itself.  It's more of a pain than a Supra box.
