I'll try and do this diplomatically but you'll get the message.  People are wanting to destroy our way of life.  We need to stop letting people into this or any country and control our borders not turn a blind eye. Trials need to be swift and not drag on for years.  

The guy who killed all of those soldiers is still awaiting his day before the judge and frankly that one should have been over long ago.  Anyway enough said in this forum...

As I stated in a previous post. The citizens need to be allowed to arm themselves against these low-lifes. Terrorists love easy targets! Violence is an ingrained trait in all of mankind. There's no way to avoid it except to meet it head on.

I have been following it since shortly after it started.  Absolutely horrible.  Syrian ISIS members, allegedly.  I'm with Val.  Arm yourself and take the scum out if they come at you.  I carry.  Now I'm adding a few extra magazines to my load out.  Glad I have my rifle plate near me.  May start carrying that too, instead of leaving it with my gear.

Each report I hear is worse.  Very sad news.  

We have family there.  Waiting to hear from them.

Good morning Hella. Most will mourn with the French, all good families were effected, some more that others. These terrorists need to be eradicated, if not this will happen again and again.

Paris is my favorite city on earth, and I'm taking this a little personally.  It's hard to imagine what it must be like to have Paris on lockdown.  I hope they bring the terrorists to justice.  

I am very troubled by it all. Innocent people are again being slaughtered. Isn't ther anyway to stop all this?

It is devastating! I have friends on vacation in Paris right now and haven't heard from them...praying they are safe. This has got to stop!

When I heard, I was stunned, outraged and just started crying. For me, Paris is my second hometown (got married there) and I can't reconcile what I know about my life in Paris with what has happened there twice now in one year.

Hella - It is a very unfortunate thing, and I feel sad for everyone this is impacting. It is amazing how such a small group can wreak so much havoc.

I have been babysitting my grandson who is teething and my daughter doesn't have cable so I just heard about this when I read your question. I think the best thing we can do is pray for justice. I just did.

That's a Big city, chances are, your close ties are OK.  We will find out soon if any Americans were involved.

I watched a little while, prayed then went back to work.  It's too much to absorb.
