Very good, if not great. I have used them for some time and highly recommend them. I use the for their content, single property websites and to market my listings across fb, linkedin and twitter. Incredible stuff!!
As far as the people talking about leads, wake up. Not all leads are great and so what if their sales person didn't call you back. Really? I am convinced if you get leads from any place and you work them a couple hours a day, it doesn't matter where they come from and how good/bad they are, you will get business.
Problem with our industry is people want leads that are layups. Stop being lazy and work them.

I use them... good value for the basic cost and you can upgrade what you do with them.

Actually, I like them. Pleasent people, no over promise for me. Gave me what they said they were going to give me.

I will not work with any vendor who does not disclose their prices up front. "Get A Free Demo" means "we overcharge for what we do and would love to take your money".
No thanks.

Never heard of them, but would not let anyone handle any of my social media. It defeats the purpose if I'm not the one engaging.

Couldn't be any worse from the start.
Charged me. Set me up in the wrong town 100 miles away.
Said they would correct and credit my account and didn't.
The founder Michael Glazer ignored every e mail.
The salesman Brad Ross broke several promises to call and correct but never did. Need I say more? Tom Transier 2018

Had not heard of them until moments ago when I received a N.A.R. message telling me it is a one day only offer to waive set up fee. When I clicked on the link to start, there was no information as to what you get and what is the cost. No thanks. I don't appreciate that kind of marketing to be bulldozed into something without any information.

Can any of you give me some ideas of other companies that you have had success with such as Zillow, Brivity, Market Leader, etc. I am interested in getting opinions on which companies are worth persuing.

I check into them and almost pulled the trigger but didn't like that they would be likely be posting the same content on many agents sites.

I have and it was not good. Keller Williams should not be promoting this vendor. In addition to not getting leads they refused to send me to a Senior member of their staff. When I tried to reach these individuals through the company it is impossible. I also posted on one of their Linkendin Accounts and no response. Don't walk run!

Thank you everyone for your feedback. Here is my experience. Was recommended to this vendor by another agent who was having much success with them. Generally I vet my vendors very strongly as there are a lot of scams out there aimed at taking money out of agents pockets. They had a great sales pitch and a good sales team. Were not really upfront with costs as they initially told me it was a 199 set up fee but by the time I was done by cost was close to $600 because I had to pay for the first month advertising and the new facebook cover page design. After 15 days I had less then ten leads where a consumer went to my facebook page and requested a valuation on there home. Phone number and email were not required to get the valuation. Received the same lead multiple times from the same person but also Mickey Mouse asked me to valuate there home for them. Called to express concern about the leads and there answer was that you have the persons address so what you do with the lead from there is up to you. People!, a person filling out a tag line to determine there instant home value is not conisidered a lead, this is an inquiry. I Do not give up on vendors quickly so I called my account rep to work on the issue, he gave me some ideas but his answer was "it is what it is"? Was at the NAR convention where they had a booth. figured I would try a different approach, talked to the vendor and he stated he would review my account and get back to me. Here it is three weeks later and have not heard from the vendor. Had to immediately put the brakes on the marketing costs as I dont think Mickey Mouse is really ready to sell there house. This is another example of a vendor overpromising for leads and underdelivering. Be careful agents out there are some really good sharks ready to take money out of your pocket. Want to say Thanks to the sales Floor manager AJ Castro for not following up with his promise.

I heard of and spoke to Back at you media and have considered them. I am most curious to hear from anyone who has used their seller lead generation tools.

No. Spoke with a rep and he was pushy. I dropped it for now. I'm curious to hear about others experience.

I have talked to them at NAR conventions but have never decided to follow through. I may visit then again in San Deigo next week.
