Where do you get printing supplies from? Both regular and Magnet business cards, tri folds, personal brochure and if you mail a calendar at the end of the year to your clients where do you get them?

Besides a monthly newsletter and post cards do you mail something at the end of the year to all of them? I have heard of mailing a calendar but looking for other ideas. I am a licensed Realtor and want to send something to all my contacts, just not sure what to send and from where. Looking for the best prices
