The ideal position is neither love or hate them...there are times when I dislike them especially when I see agents paying them $350 a month here in our area so that they are the only one appearing on their listing. I know the work it take to get a listing, and then you have to pay for your listings as a defensive move? Back to an ideal frame of mind!

Hate. It's a plague to the industry. Their very model is corrupt - they advertise to consumers as one thing, and to the agents they "serve" as an entirely different type of entity. Slimy to say the least.
