Well, they promise a lot, but I never heard 100% success delivery. I will never understand why they do not want to be paid ( even more than they ask currently) during the successful closing of escrow, they would make much more money if they would agree to wait us to close that lead.

I haven't but if they did offer it, I would still be leery. There is always something in the fine print that says otherwise.

I have seen a few that offer this, though when you read the fine print it isn't really such a guarantee.

I have to admit I've never engaged with anyone long enough to ask the question.

I have not (for RE) but I've learned to read the fine print... and to hunt all over the site for it! Got burned by Match.com on their guarantee. They hid the conditions deep on their website and never referenced them in their ads. Got my money back via a credit card dispute thankfully due to their deceptive ad practices.
Moral of the story - be very wary of these deals and hunt for the fine print.

Stefan,
I heard about 4 months ago, that realtor.com does guarantee on some of their programs 4 leads a month, and if you don't get them, they credit you an extra lead for the following month. Of course, there is a caveat that the lead is viable. The person we talked to had been with them a year, and nothing came of it. She was thinking of ending her relationship with them. A
