I don't go into great details, no.  I've only had one person insist upon it and I knew full well after spending 5 minutes with them that they were going to use someone else.  Sure, here it is on a silver platter for you - NOT!

I unfold the plan as we go and depending on how the house is showing. Elements may change depending on showings.

During presentation, I explain what I'm going to do, but I do not leave them the copy of it, unless they ask me to. Yet, I notify and update my clients about all I do to market their property.

When I do a listing presentation, it details all of what my sellers are to expect until the property goes under contract. 

Jillian - I typically will share everything about my marketing plan to potential clients who do not know me. If I have a referral client, or know my client personally, there usually is no need to go into great detail.

Jillian, I go over the high level of my marketing strategy with them.  Some of my strategy involves the seller as well in some instances.  I don't go into the nitty grity details, as that's proprietary data that I don't want floating out there, much to Susan Emo's point.  I do a lot more than the average realtor out there, so no sense giving others the ability to match or beat me.

If they ask for it yes, if not I stick to my basic presentation. I find that mostly only the luxury clients that would understand a lot about marketing want the full details.
