About a week.
at least a week - I was up at 4 but just gave up and got up now.
LOL! I think my internal clock is currently set on the wrong time zone. I am waking up at 3:00 a.m. every morning. So I have just been trying to use the time constructively. I think this will probably last about a week or so, then I will get back to waking up at 6:30.
I am all over the place.
No time zone changes in AZ
Michael- it can take me two weeks for the old internal clock to reset.
Michael Thornton if I am awake, it's the first question at 12:01 AM PST/PDT. If not, it is still early in the morning.
And yes, it's just the second day - and I think I am almost adjusted to that extra hour (by sleeping extra....lol!)
I feel it will take me a couple of days to get use to the new time. I hate changing time can we not settled on one time or another and never change again.
I am not doing anything different than normal.
Although I prefer it stay light later (not a fan of dark by 5pm), this time of year works great for my clock, it's light sooner for my early morning walks.
I traveled across time zones Saturday so my internal clock is really off. It may take 3 – 4days to get straight.
A few days for me I think.
I was up an hour earlier and last night was ready to hit the hayan hour earlier, may take some time to adjust. Nice to be light in thr morning but pretty depressing it was dark at 430
Hopefully, only another couple of days. Not a fan of time change!
It will take me a week to adjust.
I feel that I have already adjusted. I am on AR early because I finished some other computer work quicker than I anticipated.
I hope today it's finished. I had to go to bed at 9:15 last night and got up at the usual time so I think I have reset
