No - I have had clients think they would like to be realtors LOL - haven't hired any of them.

Never about that, but many ask about becoming a real estate agent. They do  not understand it is a relationship business.

Me too Joe Pryor and occasionally a Realtor. I even hired one; she quit after 4 months working as my assistant because it was less exciting and harder than she thought it would be. I had a Marine tell me he wanted to be a Realtor too, but after I sold him his house; he said compared to the Marines, I worked too hard, he decided to become an appraiser because that seemed easier. Ah yes. LOL. I'd take it as a compliment Michael Thornton , you make it look prestigious and fun to be one, so they naturally ask you!

Yes, one time. I referred him to a home inspector who trained him and then sold him his business!

Not home inspection business, but the real estate business. I give them the good, the bad, and the ugly.... and I think more people decide not to do it after speaking with me than those who do.

No - and if I did - I would advise them to ask a home inspector!

No, but I had an agents husband wonder.

when I'm asked about getting into the real estate business, I direct them to a licensing course....and then tell them to return after they're licensed and we'd talk.
