There are those who believe the can play in the pig pen and not get stink on them. They are wrong.

When one willing facilitates the ability of others to misrepresent and practice overt deception, in a short time they will have justified the same behavior in their business. Choosing to walk with the dark side will darken ones inner spirit and the disease of overt deception and misrepresentation is quieted and not it's OK, because......oh...to keep the record straight, to get more business.

Feel free to identify those in your region who are feeding the dark side and don't allow these misguided agents to escape the truth in the eyes of the consumer.

If we sold it, yes.  Fact is, whether agents like it or not, buyers and sellers look at those sites and we want credit for the work done.

No.  Neither website picks up listings in Canada.

I do report my numbers because the stats are important.  As several others said, with so many people starting their search for an agent there, it just seems foolish not to report my numbers especially since I put my listings there too.

I know people dislike Z & T, but if the public is looking there I should be there.  Besides, I look at my personal facebook feed and I see several ads daily for Zillow and NONE for realtor.com  Now, I won't pay them a single cent of money, but Z is where the people are.

I did once, trulia marked the wrong property as sold and then flooded me with phone calls to sell me zip codes...

No I don't answer this request. The site has already gotten enough of my information for free. 

I don't do anything on Zillow, either Tru-Zillow or False-Zillow.

I did for a little while, as some classes said - the public is looking there first, so we should have our data out there, and show what we sell.   After our MLS no longer sends listing to Z & T, I always delete them now, and don't care.

Yes becuase it does show how many home syou have sokd and to have a low amount by not doing it may scare future consumers away from hiring me, 

No, I refuse to feed the beast and I don't buy their promise that i will get more leads if only I send them all my sold data for free.

If the property shows that it is sold no. If it is a sold home showing active yes to help keep the records straight.
