Zippo! I hate eating breakfast, I start the day tired. I do like breakfast foods, but later in the day. Coffee.
I eat a moderate breakfast regardless of the day. 3oz chicken breast, 1 cup mixed veggies and one single serving of fruit flavored greek yogurt with 1tbsp flax seed mixed in.
Sometimes I play around with a full protein shake for breakfast (24+g protein) or a half shake (10g protein) and coffee with MCT oil (did the later today). Now grabbing a snack and going to the gym.
I eat lite. Much easier if a lot of bending is to be done.
We normally just grab a bowl of cereal then have a good lunch and snack for dinner.
I don't eat breakfast. I just have coffee. And always a light lunch as well.

I usually eat breakfast but not when I first get up.

I usually will eat a hearty breakfast when I know I have a long hard day ahead.

Start off the day with coffee but I always have breakfast - usually a bowl of cereal - hot preferred, but cold most often - or toast. Then off to the races....
Small, I get sleepy if I eat too much.

I do much better when had a high power breakfast
