It makes sense to make sure work that was agreed upon has been completed. My biggest concerns are getting the closing statement done correctly to make sure there are no last minute changes. Paperwork should all be completed in the first week along with all inspections. The HOA Docs need to be ordered immediately as well. The final walk through wasn't a concern until now, thank you for the head up!
