I do as a reflection of agent & client behavior & preferences ("when in Rome":

1. most agents here will not return or answer a call, yet 30 seconds later they will respond to a text...yay!

2. Many of my clients prefer text due to the fact they can sneak texts to me while at work vs. calls.

I do all my texting from an iphone, and 95% is voice text-hands free.

I still call people though and when text or e-mail strats getting into small novels or sideways, I call.

All of my clients text, so use my phone all the time to communicate.

My clients and colleagues prefer text and I do so from my iphone (hands free in the car) and from my ipad too.  Occasionally other agents will send a text to my computer and I can respond from there too.

Same here - I tend to follow my customer's lead - every now and then I encounter a "text terrorist" that blasts through my data plan and I have to re-direct them to get some balance.

I use my iPhone, anyone that also has an iPhone makes it easier because those messages show up on all my other devices.

Good morning Tony and Suzanne Marriott. I want to do as little texting as possible when it comes to my mortgage practice, but just can't seem to get away from it.

I use text massages on all my Apple devices( same app): laptop, ipad, iphone.

I do a lot of texting with clients. I only use my phone. 

I use texting as my last choice, and I use my iPhone or iPad to do it.

I don't like texting but when I am in the office I text back via the pc, when in the woods I use my phone.

I do text from my smartphone and IPad. But initial contact with prospective client is always done by calling them. 

My desktop can text?  Really?  I am so out of touch sometimes!  

I communicate with my clients the way they prefer.  Sometimes it's text, sometimes phone calls, sometimes email, and sometimes through Facebook.

Texting is by far the best form of communication during business hours.  How do you text on other devices other than a phone?

I use my phone most of the time, but occasionally my iPad.

Since I am all Apple products, I can text from any device to anyone.

Love to do it during the work hours when I am at my laptop, I can just type to my heart content.

Yes, if clients amenable; smart phone mostly; iPad okay; keep lap top and desk top message-free now, although I've used messages on lap top.
