I have considered doing so Debbie, I get so many but I use the delete key instead.

Debbie, you might just want to send them a note and let them know how you feel about this. They may not even know that they are offending people.

it's very irritating. Hope one of them doesn't end up with an offer in my spam because they spam me too much.

I just delete them. I don't get too many of them.

Like Ryan Huggins I often find the blasts valuable. We have a smaller market here and knowing every property gives me an advantage. The blasts help me stay on top of new listings.

I tend to not unsubscribe. I get homes I'm not usually looking for, so it can be fun. Plus, quite a few of the ones I get are not in the MLS.

Debbie Reynolds I do unsubscribe to such emails. It cluttered my mailbox several times when I received 10MB attachment for few listings from an agent.
You are right - we do see these listings in our MLS anyways. Why to send this as a drip campaign to agents in our own MLS?

If they have unsubscribe link I have used it. However agents that just send mass email I do flag them..

Yes. Local info is on MLS. Non-local info is not useful nor wanted by me.

I agree with you. I do not need agents to email me info about new listings. I have not blocked them .

I don't get all that many, so I don't unsubscribe unless someone has me on multiple emails and I get the same information multiple times.

Yes, 99% of them end up in my junk mail folder. I know they think they are just touching all the possible bases, but it annoys me to get so much junk. As you said, it's in the MLS; if I have a client for your property, I will show it. I promise.

I block, unsubscribe and route their future emails, if any, to my spam folder. I find it annoying!

I unsubscribe when I have time. Some agents jsut don't get it, and send the same thing 3 times in one. I don't care about their open houses, or price drops, or improved price or any other changes they make to their listings.

I reply to them to stop spamming me or I will report them. And I have. For the most part they've stopped except from new agents who've yet to learn!

Debbie,
I do, however, as a strategy, one of our clients emails agents who work in a specific price range, when she has a brand new listing. She also contacts listing agents who have listings in the same price range. It really works for her. A
