Do you unsubscribe or block listing email blasts from other agents that send each of their listings? MLS provides me info I need and I don't need separate emails on each listing. It's spamming me.

You are right - we do see these listings in our MLS anyways. Why to send this as a drip campaign to agents in our own MLS?

Yes, 99% of them end up in my junk mail folder. I know they think they are just touching all the possible bases, but it annoys me to get so much junk. As you said, it's in the MLS; if I have a client for your property, I will show it. I promise.

I unsubscribe when I have time. Some agents jsut don't get it, and send the same thing 3 times in one. I don't care about their open houses, or price drops, or improved price or any other changes they make to their listings.
