I would let it go and move on feeling flattered that my site worked better for them than the other agents, but I wouldn't let it get to me otherwise. 

Now, there was a time that I would stew and kick about it, but I am letting those stresses go away, because I am realizing that I can't change people. 

If someone doesn't want to work with me, then so be it. I only want people in my life that want to work with me, and vice-versa. Life is too short for me to accept anything less!

Hasn't happened - but - given they would be under a Buyer Broker Agreement, would remind them that they may face paying us a commission!

Honored that part of my business is working well.

Would want to find out why they did not contact me though.

Expected.  I've been doing this for nearly 20 years.  Our job is giving out information for free.  The best that could happen is that we never find out.  Knowing that we've been taken advantage of hurts but it's a fact of life.

This depends on the attitude of that 'user'. We have blocked them from further use, other we have not; it just depends

I wouldn't worry about it, didn't cost you a dime extra to have another person look at your site and to fight is just going to create bad will.

It happens all the time and there is really no way to stop it. I think real estate is a numbers game and and if you get enough people to contact you then it is up to you to develop a relationship with them and show them you have the skills to get things done for them. I would not waste alot of time on worrying about not working with people who have chosen someone else.

Has not happened to my knowlege, but if it did I'd just move on. 

As long as they are not using my time to show them property, why should it matter?  If something happens with the first agent (which it often does) I could wind up with another buyer.

Did they have to sign in to get access to your MLS search function? Can you restrict their access? If not, you win some and you lose some unless you put restrictions on the search.

It has happen once (that I know of) and it stung but my site is there to be searched.  It is what it is.

i clearly didnt do something correct, or it could just be my aftershave, if we met, possibly ask why, or maybe you know. and wonder why that agent didnt do his own or doesnt know. either way you may gain info. and info is knowledge=power

Present my value proposition, and if they do not accept, alter their access level.
