I would make the question broader. What about those who are bloggers who haven't done anything for three years or more and are still used as a statistic about how many real estate professionals are on this network?

Yes. If the person hasn't been active in 6 months to a year, I think it should be removed.

I think Ambassadors should be active, no question about that. If someone is active here in the Q&A - especially answering real estate questions - IMO that should qualify as being active. So I would vote for blogging or participating here as a criteria to retain the title of Ambassador.
What do you think, Roy? Is blogging more essential for participation?

I doesn't matter to me -- there may be other things these people are doing we might not be aware.

There are two things that I think need to be defined first.
1. What are the criteria for being an "Ambassador?"
2. What are the criteria for being considered "active?"

What is the definition of "active blogger"? Some may not be blogging but may be commenting and/or spending time on the phone doing ambassadorial services.

Yes Roy and want to recommend to Bob Stewart that you become an Ambassador. You do so much for this community.

Yes, it only makes sense to do so, since they are no longer active.

I don't know. As long as they are active members, commenting for instance, and encouraging, then maybe not? Interesting question.
