CRM's - What do you use? Anybody use Wise Agent? Realty Juggler? I am looking at both & can't decided which. Used to use TP in the past, too expensive and complicated.

Interesting - i think i just pay $29 a month for top producer - it isn't great but I have had it for years. Anything is only as good as the use you put it to.

You can't be the customer support. There is none better.

Right now, I haven't found a good CRM. I'm toying with one I had recommended to me by an SEO guy, but at the level of business I'm doing a simple piece of paper works just as well. If I get into the 15-25 listings at a time range or bring on staff to assist, I'll reconsider then.
