What does your business need?
That is your first question. Otherwise you will fit your business around your CRM. Not a good choice.
I use WiseAgent and SugarCRM. One is a legacy system, the other leading technology system.

Interesting - i think i just pay $29 a month for top producer - it isn't great but I have had it for years. Anything is only as good as the use you put it to.

I've used them both. Both are good, but I prefer RealtyJuggler. The online videos are great, and it does a lot of things.
You can't be the customer support. There is none better.

Right now, I haven't found a good CRM. I'm toying with one I had recommended to me by an SEO guy, but at the level of business I'm doing a simple piece of paper works just as well. If I get into the 15-25 listings at a time range or bring on staff to assist, I'll reconsider then.

I've used Top Producer forever... I don't consider $35/month expensive and I have always found it easy to use.

I used Wise Agent for a while and decided it didn't work as well as my simple spread sheet.
