I know my local community and have lived here since 1980.  I put myself into the shoes of my client whether they are selling or buying.  I come from a business background so the dollars make sense to me.  My entire eye is on the future and future benefits to the client.  I totally understand and get "location, location, location"

Because they are convinced I can do the job, on time, under budget and without the hysteria.

A wise person once said that "you are already sitting there, what are you going to do for us." So, rather than talking about the qualifies that I have, when someone calls me to buy or sell, I focus on that. I figure I have already got the job. Let's get down to it.
