Fast becoming my peer group of choice - look to it as a daily warm up to get ideas and also get my engine going....

Between referrals from Rainers and calls from my blogs, it is my daily prospecting! 

Blogging, ,masterminding, Q&A, trading opinions & information, training & referrals (received & given). There are a lot of great agents here and a wealth of experienced shared. I have made some friends. There are also a lot of turkeys here, but they serve teach a lot too...how not to behave as an agent. It's part of my morning routine to post and interact on AR.

For all the reasons above. Most important is learning current trends and how to apply them from my peers.
