The MOST hilarious (and stereotypical) fictional real estate character was Evelyn Harper on Two and a Half Men.

I do not watch a regular tv for years.
But I've seen some moments of Sell LA/NY or others like that....sorry, ~ I find them revolting.

I never watch UN-real estate TV shows. The closest I get is Mike Holmes on Homes, my DIY and contractor show...I prefer the home improvement shows. I have to agree with Tony and Suzanne Marriott on Glengarry Glen Ross and I'll add Joe Pesci as Leo Getz in Lethal Weapon 3. He played a Realtor: "OK, Ok Ok...Anything you need, Leo Getz!" Also, Tom Cruises character in Jerry Maguire displays an all too true version of any sales person with one client hanging on by a fingernail...the new agent days. Paul Rudd's character in "I Love You Man" was a great Realtor character too.

when I think about this topic, my favorite tv shows are all criminal justice oriented....every one of them....

Funny - I watch cooking shows rather than real estate shows. I can't handle the reality tv when it comes to real estate - but I love Chopped and shows like that.

Karen,
Valerie Fitzgerald was my favorite because she was always gracious, professional, and a problem solver without any drama! She was on SELLING LA and is also an AR member.

Thanks all for chiming in. I've been informed by the people in my office that I am ancient. We don't have cable so I watch a lot of you tube. I was watching the Burns and Allen Show, their next door neighbor is an agent. Hazel, the second Mr Baxtor was an agent. Reba, is my favorite, she became an agent. I haven't seen it but cougar town, Coutney Cox played an agent.
Real estate agents just seem to pop up a lot.

I'd say Ryan Serhant from Million Dollar Listing NY mainly because of his line "expansion allways in all ways" I am always trying to expand also. Since others have mentioned it though I do love Phil from Modern Family.
