Day of closing unless I represent the Buyers too.  Then, with their permission I get another month out of it - great advertising!

The sign should be immediately removed unless the purchaser allows a period of time showing a sold sign.

I call to have the sign removed once I leave my clients following the closing.

Depending on my schedule, sometimes the week before, sometimes day before or right after the closing.

Recently closed on a home that was not my listing - agent didn't get the lockbox off until a day or two after closing .... I thought that inconsiderate for the new owner.

We remove the lockbox at final walkthrough.   Sign within 2 days.

As long as they will allow it to sit there advertising your name, unless you need that sign for another listing.

It depends on how soon the sign company can remove it.  If I represent the buyers, I try to work something out.  Best marketing is a sold sign!

I no longer use signs and my clients prefer that. Buyers’ agent gets the lockbox off the door when they walk through and brings it to closing.

We have to put in a request to have it removed and our sign guy goes to remove it.

ASAP after closing, and sometimes even before closing if I am sure everything is solid and on track to close.

I remove it the day of the closing, immediately before the actual settlement.
