I would choose the boat house. I would love to be rocked to sleep by the movement of the water... and love the area above for a deck. I live in a big house and am currently purging and simplifying so a tiny house kind of appeals to me... but maybe not this small.

David I have to agree with you.
The house in the middle of the river is apparently a vacation rental but I have to confess I wouldn't feel comfortable sleeping there.
Visiting the house for an hour or so during the day would be ok but sleeping overnight seems a bit too scary.
