I don't do them... not my style and too "touchy/feely" for me.

 Good Thursday morning Bob. I cannot say my affirmation in one sentence. It was a process and series of affirmations taken from Think and Grow Rich which helps me visualize the amount of money that I want to earn during a certain time period. I do that  3 to 5 times a day.

I find new ones all the time. So it changes. 

I have several. One is to never say I will try ot do something. I say I will.

I'm alive, I'm awake and I feel great!

and of course, can't is not a word used here!
