Couple of months ago I was showing properties in the morning. Was bitten by a dog (it was an accident). I got it bandaged up but through out the day, it started to bleed thru my pants. I was double booked and didnt have time to change, had to go around showing properies with a large blood spot (several inches) on my pants. When I was done, they were ruined.
At a home inspection a couple of years ago, buyers brought their parents. I had told everyone numerous times to watch their step as there was a drop down into the living room. I was very concerned as they also brought their 5 year old who was running around very close to the pool. The mother of the buyer fell, and ended up breaking her nose at the inspections. I cleaned up the best I could and helped her. The buyer didnt have any tissues but did have a tampoon. I will never forget the look of sheer terror on the eldery mothers face, her nose was clearly broken and she had a tampoon hanging from it. Now that I think of it, I sincerely wish I could purge the haunting image from my brain.

Some time ago. Walked buyer out the door, twisted the handset lock to the lock position and pulled the door closed.
Then I realized the e-box insert and front door key were inside.

Met a client for 1st time 1 afternoon. Big loan in a brand new development and he knew the site agent from college so it was a great opportunity for me.We hit it off immediately, we were cut from the same cloth.
That night, I had an 11 PM Men's League hockey game. W/ cages and goalie masks, it's sometimes hard to see faces. Now you know where this is going.
Got in a scrum in front of the net after the goalie was slashing my legs(more like chopping wood) which eventually led to me yapping and repaying in kind. End up with about 8 of us crammed in the crease, pushing, shoving, and sharing our deepest affections then the goalie's mask came off. Yes, that was the guy I had met earlier. My face went white and mouth dropped open!
We continued yapping throughout the game as I had thought I lost him as a client. I scored one of the goals that won us the game. Wasn't sure what to say or think going through handshake line, and he refused to shake my hand. All I could say was are you kidding me?
After line was over and we are heading back to locker rooms, I see him out of the corner of my eyes, laughing his tail off. He said "Had you worried didn't I"? We had a good laugh(at my expense) and we needled me for a couple of minutes, then we moved on. Many loans and many referrals later, we still laugh about it when we see each other.

Well I was showing a house to some potential buyers and as we walked through the home, I opened the door to one of the bedrooms and, well, lets just say it wasn't used for sleeping. The homeowners looked like they were set up for filming activities of a somewhat salacious nature.....well all turned red, looked at each other and walked out. We left the house, I turned to the bueyrs and said "well that was interesting". I sold them something else....

I did a mortgage for the wrong property. I misheard one number that the borrower said over the phone, and ordered appraisal, title, etc, based on one of my borrowers neighbors homes. Unfortunately, it was a neighbor with a much nicer, higher valued home. That was my first year in the business....I learned all about attention to detail very quickly

I don't embarrass easy, so I am having trouble with that word. But I got stories as anyone would after decades in this business...Oh, here's one. I go into a rental for an inspection and there are Polaroids of the tenant naked with other people in different poses. I could never look upon her again
