Best to get it right from the start, but some seem to like the increment plan instead.

Susan Emo not only price adjustment, we may see some listings withdrawn, too. Perhaps till next spring.

Those were the hopefuls who wanted lot more than what market could bear and will be in race next year, too.

Slowest time of year here in the desert is summer time.m normally see a pick up when the cool weather and the winter visitors arrive.  Slowed down over holidays and spring is the hottest time of year for the residential Tucson Housing Market.

Agents twist seller's arms getting the price adjusted. Some home owners think home price can go up regardless of seasonal price variations.

Zillow and Redfin are having finger pointing contest claiming home prices have come down since July while Redfin correctly pointed out they have gone up in recent months in San Francisco Bay area.   Both are correct looking at different time spans.

Yes, and i think Barbara Todaro may have miscalculated(first time).. my thoughts is that this month the fed goes up 25 basis points. i believe the market has that baked in already. and the bond market is reflecting money flowing into it.. i see a 3-4 week halt and slight dip in home mtge rates... but they havent called me to replace yellen yet...  they may thou :)
