Year round though I would rather stay out of the woods during the summer.

Good morning Ginger. Doing mortgages in eight states, it is definitely year round.

Ideally, the whole year around. We do not have seasons in SoCal, but of course, I expect now the whole real estate market will be slowing down a bit till February.

Ginger - Buyers are buying and sellers are selling year round, but there are certainly busier times of the year.

We have a somewhat seasonal market. In the dead of winter things do slow down. It also depends on the weather. If there's a lot of snow and cold...it certainly slows down. A mild winter isn't as slow. 

Sure seems year round in 2015.

Well both.  We have a season for weekend buyers, a season for firt time buyers and we have retirement buyers and investors year round.

Mine is definitely seasonal...although I work all year round.  It is much slower in Dec/Jan/Feb due to snow and cold weather.  many do not want work done on their homes during this time.

My business is year round.  We're pretty much are lucky enough to have the climate for it.

Real Estate is a year around business.  Some agents make it a seasonal or weekday business.

Year round here in Florida

It is year round, but slower in November, December and January.  CRAZY busy April thru July.

Fresno California rarely gets snow. The worst weather we get is the infamous Tule Fog when driving is reduced to one line (you can only see one line in the middle of the road). The only reason we have seasonality is if the agent or client believes we have seasonality.  I tell my clients that winter months are the best because the competition is low, fewer homes on the market creates a higher demand.

My business is a Year Round business where we help agents daily on becoming more successful.

Year Around, 24/7!

We are a year-round operation, with offices in both a large metropolitan area (Minneapolis & St Paul Minnesota) and a second home market (Apostle Islands in northwest Wisconsin).  In northwest Wisconsin, there are probably more seasonal real estate offices than twelve-month companies.

Year round Ginger.   However, we use to get about 100 inches of snow each winter and last winter we only received 18 inches TOTAL which is most likely why we had a very busy year last year.   It's predicted we should get snow this year and we are very excited!

Year round for me although some people here would tell you that that's not the case in general. I was quite busy last winter so hopefully history repeats itself.

Much like my prospecting it is year round.

It is year round but it reflects the seasonality of buyer activity - big bump in the early summer - slower around the holidays

My business is steady year round and I can't say there is a period where it is over the top busy.
