I've been using Google apps to integrate various e-mail accounts, calendars, and collaboration systems since 2012. I'm satisfied so far with what I'm intergating but I don't believe there is a one-solution-fits-all problem solver here. It depends too much on your goals, what apps are important, and what devices have priority. Best of luck!

I-Cloud for all Apple devices for emails, calendars, and contacts. As for lead follow up- that should be an additional different app or software.

I have Apple products and use iCloud. It's simple and syncs itself. It also has a "Notes" section that you can use to track transactions.
