It's called adaptive. It changes based on whether they are on a phone/tablet or whether they are on a desktop. So when a consumer lands on a blog post, they see a clean version that is adapted from the desktop version.
However, once you log in (as a member would) I will absolutely concede that the experience on mobile is less than ideal. In fact, I always tell it to go back to desktop version by scrolling down to the very bottom of the page and clicking the link that says to revert to desktop version.

I must be in the minority because it is definitely responsive for me. Depending on if I am on my iPhone, my iPad, or my Mac it works exactly as it should.

I think if you end up on the mobile version you have a 1.0 mobile friendly site. Compared to what other sites on the internet are doing it is not very responsive in my opinion.
