There are no difficult requirements to obtain a real estate license. You just have to spend the needed time to fully prepare yourself for the license examination and your career.

Getting the license....that's easy.

Take all the practices tests you can. When you can ace the practice tests, then take the real one. It's ALWAYS easier when you know the answers.

Now, what is hard is getting started properly. Understand, you are not preparing for a job but you are on the highway to owning your own small business.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PERFORM THE DUE DILIGENCE REQUIRED OF ANY SMALL BUSINESS OWNER, MEANING YOU MUST CREATE A BUSINESS PLAN.

90% of new agent NEVER see their 2nd year anniversay becuase the started wrong and was decieved by the sweet words of those wanting to seperate you from your money.

ONLY THEN, when you have a real business plan, will you have a clue about this business and identify where the real difficulty exists.

Pick up the phone and CALL are real live real estate agent and let them help you with creating your business plan. (you can use big G to locate a real estate agent appropriate business plan form)
