Less than I would have expected given tht school started in SC 2 weeks ago and in NC last week and that we are coming up on Labor Day weekend. My high-end listings are suddenly getting a flurry of activity.

Yes, it started about 3-4 weeks ago. Anticipating an uptick by the end of September.

yes but hoping for a return to action in the fall. 

Not really; lots of listing appointments right now.

I would say this week will be a lull in buyers/sellers looking to buy homes. But I am working with 5 buyers to schedule their inspections, etc...

We are on fire under $500K, but $500K-$1,000,000 has definitely seasonally slowed, as it does this time every year. We'll pick back up by 9/15/15-ish. The threat of rate increases in December are driving a lot of the first time buyers right now, here in San Diego, CA. The military always keeps me busy here thank goodness!

the 2nd week in July was the time our market started slowing down a bit.  Not seeing the 10-15 offers on each property. 

We're seeing the normal back to school buyers slow but now the snow birds are flocking in.

We are located in an oilfield job related area, it has slowed down quite a bit. Trawling and fishing is our next big thing, the trawlers are not getting a decent price for their shrimp,  enough said !!

Michael Thornton Strategically priced homes are still off-market pretty soon. Though overall, I do see a bit of quietness.

It's typically slower for us until after the Jewish holidays.  However, things have continued to be very busy and productive for us.  Once we hit last week of Sept, we hit our busy season.

The DC Metro Area market is still very active but the inventory is beginning to grow. The median days on the market was 19 in July. We will receive the August figures next week and my guess is that the median DOM will be higher.

No! In the metro Atlanta we are still in very low listing market.

I know it will pick up when I go on vacation ... Always happens that way 

I had the busiest August ever in 29 years. But i do see a trend with some areas slowing where once the listing would sell in days are not moving

Yes, hit my market tail end of May, early June.  I too am hoping for a pick up post Labor Day.

Started right out of the gate in January.  And pace is still clipping pretty fast.

I don't know that I would call it a lull ... but I do see a mild ... ever so mild ... slowing down. Likely only a small blip on the radar.

I believe alot of us are right now, but not totally sure why...coincidence.. in my area it is fine, but I'm hearing alot of the same concern from other AR Friends and many other Agents from many different spread out areas.

Definitely not. The market is rocking here in Durham, NC!

Yes but our season doesn't start for another month.
