Mike.... that's a big turn off....sounds like a desperate builder...I don't like that idea....not at all....you're degrading yourself by doing that....

Money talks, is all I can say, Mike Rock! But cut your commission too low you are simply doing two transactions for the price of one.

Mike - I actually think that this would be a pretty good selling point. I am assuming that you would still pay the buyers agent?

Best to make things less complicated, if you are willing to pay that then why not just reduce the price of the home you are selling to them by this much?

Cant imagine it would make any difference, if they are in the market for a luxury home why would they be so tight on the small margins like commissions.

If they are in a position where they need to pinch pennies you may want to pass over them and go with another buyer.

It is not an issue, becasue most people are smart enough to realize that they will end up paying for the concession in one way or another.
