I don't get why people don't see past this stuff.

An average commission for a home for my area is about $4000. 25% fee which is $1000. Not to mention the sign up fee. That is for ONE client.

If I put $1000 in print ads, I get much more than just one lead and sale!

What does $1,500 mean to you? After all, it is your money that created the list, and now you are considering giving it away to be exploited in ways you do not know. Is this company licensed in CA and lawfully capable of receiving contingency payment?

I would keep my money in my pocket and commit to rattle those dead bones myself. All you need is something to talk about like a CIS Score.

We have all attended sessions about the script and how to place and start the call. To freely and willingly forfeit your compensation suggests to me an entirely different issue.
