Anyone who has the ability to consumate the transaction

I enjoy both but especially enjoy Buyers buying from my Sellers.

If I were a realtor, I'd prob. prefer sellers.  As a Flooring expert, buyers for sure!  They want their homes to look great.  Sellers are trying to spend less and often decide not to do the work at all.

I find that the listing side is easier on my body...less running around and writing dozens of offers.  Who I enjoy comes down to the people involved...I have had wonderful conncections on both sides.

Sellers, all of my buyer leads are referred to my assistant.

In general with sellers. But some first time buyers are so adorable, I just love assisting such clients.

I enjoy working with buyers more but working with sellers is what generates the buyers.

Diplomatic answer... "I love everyone. They all get utmost attention!", and they do.

If I were to actually answer the question... Sellers creates far more business but it's more stressful. Buyers is a little less stressful but involves a lot of running around.

What it comes down to... I like working with people that want to work with me. A buyer who tells me that "I will not sign a rep agreement. I work with any agent who gets the best deal." is way different than the young couple I'm working with now, both 22 years old, who have put their faith in me to find them a place and are doing every thing I ask them to.

A seller who appreciates all the advertising, mixers, open houses, updates I send and leaves the selling up to me is different than that Seller who calls me three times a day, telling me what words to use in the listing, and yelling "Why isn't it sold yet?", and so on.

So I guess my answer is "great sellers and buyers".... :)

Listings are the NAME OF THE GAME!

I enjoy working with Buyers, but I wish I had more sellers.

I like working with both buyers and sellers, but I think I've had more rewarding experiences with some first time home buyers. 

I really enjoy both buyers and sellers.  However most of my listings are past clients or referrals so there is already a relationship so odds are they are more enjoyable to work with.

Buyers they are grateful you are helping them.  Seller's just want to take your commission or argue about the list price.

I'm happy when I have realistic, highly motivated clients on either side of a transaction.

I think the buyers although I am more of a listing agent.

A "listing" any time because it's good for my business. Doesn't matter how wonderful buyers are. You did ask for "enjoy", and what's good for my business is good for me.

Sellers.  I can do a better job of managing my time.

I enjoy both, as working with buyers, you are able to view the inventory.   Listing seems to be easier in my opinion, but like the variety.

Seller for sure, to much driving and possibly for month with buyers.

I agree with Cindy that selling side is less running around unless it's an REO listing then you run plenty. But working with sellers is almost assured a commission and possible buyer lead . Where working with buyers is fun process when you find the right home and it makes them happy and grateful but some buyers never buy and you can never make up for lost time.

I have always preferred to work with buyers. Some of my biggest sales have been to developers searching for new community sites.

buyers. more excitement to find a new place, sellers have a bit more sense of either loss or greed. i know thats being cynical. im jst speaking to the emotional side of the equation. if your speaking "agent" ork... then sellers.. more fun , more of a challenge of my skills to market
