Still crazy busy and expect it to intensify in September and October, traditionally my busiest time.

we've experience a slow down. But only from slammed to just busy.  It's still good and I'm enjoying it.

Good morning Michael. My social media efforts have leveled out any slowdowns over the last couple of years.

Depends on the area. In very few areas the market is still very hot ( BH, Westwood, Brentwood, etc. ), but most other areas seems are slower.

Michael - We are experiencing a slow down, but it is pretty typical for this time of year. Everyone is back in school, and this it the time of year that our real estate sales start to slow through the end of the year.

We always have hot summers, no pun intended.

We seem to have picked back up now that the kids are back in school.

It's hot. Just no inventory

I'm busy. I have 2 Closings this week. Listing appointment on Thursday and picked up 3 new buyers . 

It started slowing down the later part of July. That was better than last year when it seemed it died around July 4th.

Things are starting to slow down here this week.  For us, it's always slow the last 2 weeks Aug and 1st 2 to 3 in Sept due to vacations then back to school and Jewish holidays.  After the Jewish holidays end, things get crazy busy again.  This year has been better than last this time of year.

The real estate market in the DC Metro Area is still very strong. However, the inventory is increasing and the median 19 days on the market may be increasing this month.

I've been crazy busy until this week... but school started this week on the SC side of Charlotte and starts next week on the NC side of Charlotte, so I expect it to get very quiet each year in the second half of August.
