The same as always, lead generation from my database. Done through daily calls, notes & pop-bys. That never changes as my #1. 

a level market, rather than an extreme sellers' market.... we need more inventory....and a subdivision would fix that situation....we are diligently working on that aspect of real estate and we have many tracts of land we are working right now.

Call past leads and active leads.   Staying in touch is key and sending them good information.

Contacts make Contracts.  Pick up the phone, first call your past clients, then call those you have most recently work with and then work back to others that were looking in the past.  Speak with people everywhere you go and hand out your card.  Do something!

Pick one? Positive impact equals more listings and the negative impact is higher mortgage interest rates.
