I like working with investors that actually know what they are doing. I will not work with "investors" who have attended a seminar or watch infomercials telling them they can "buy for pennies on the dollar" They are usually unrealistic

we have done some investing , but mostly we buy vacant land and build. sometimes we develop a piece. but not usually. we are a bit of work, but different type. we do high end custom specs. we say this to the agents.... you help us design it to sell... , price amenities etc... we will do a lot of what you say, but if your wrong, we will consider the agent partly responsible. sounds harsh, but it makes them invested

I have worked with investors. They will run you ragged and many of them are rediculous with their low offers. I worked with several for about 3 years and they never did buy a house. They were always outbid or refused on their offers.

Just like others have stated I do work with investors but don't like to educate investors as they should be knowledgable . I do find investors at time unrealistic in evaluations and expectations of returns and sometimes have to say is it worth working for this particular investor . I have also invested with some investors and done well on those investments

I enjoyed working with experienced investors. As Beatrice Briseno said, the infomercial student investors are a pain in the east end of a west bound mule.

I have worked with many investors and have invested extensively myself.
It is nice to have multiple transactions with the same clients.
Sometimes, the difficulty is loyalty. It is easy to lose investor clients when they are presented opportunities by others.
I regret not having purchased many of the properties that I sold to investors.

Beatrice Briseno, thanks for the clarification of the 'pennies on the dollar' investor. I think that they are unrealistic as well. I like serious investors who have an understanding that it is a journey that takes time and has risks.
