I don't think there's a way to do that on ActiveRain short of deleting it and copying/pasting the content onto a new post but then you lose whatever clicks might have come through to the old one via search engine results until the new one shows up in the search results (shouldn't be long). You can also write "UPDATED as of MM/DD/YR" in bold and red at the beginning of it instead of deleting and posting anew.

You cannot change the published date but can post dates inside the blog post which will be a big help to readers.

Good Tuesday morning Beverly. My suggestion would be to repurpose the information along with the links and repost it.

Beverly, it may be best to post the updated blog post as a new blog post.
Make your changes, and change the title a bit and then just post it as a new post.

You can't change the date, but you can add (UPDATED and tomorrow's date) at the top so people will know it's still relevant.

I always put "UPDATE" or something in the blog with updated information. Having an older post will result in higher SEO indexing than starting fresh

The best thing you can do is write something like "Update on xx/xx/xx" and write towards the beginning. BTW, it's better for google searches w/ the earlier date.
I did a similar thing in this article - Hardwood Stain Color Trends.
It was originally written in 2011 and I updated it in 2015. And, it's doing much better now.

I don't think you can change the date. I would say you would reblog it with the updated information included.
