And, important to note, if the issues preceding have not been resolved they compound the weight the relationship must bear, and ultimately can not hold up. If a person does not feel needed or important, they will find a place or situation where that need is assuaged.

Each stage is easier to resolve is one knows they are coming.

Does a broker care? No. They will ALWAYS blame the agent.
