I used to pay for DocuSign prior to my MLS offering DotLoop for free. The first thought in my mind upon reading the latest Z acquisition is data mining.

I think Z is in business to make profit and not for the good of the brokers and agents, inspite of what their PR says. If it sees opportunities to make more money by mining our clients' confidential information, Z will do it.

I'll probably end up paying for DocuSign again, but I'd like to see what my board MLS will do first.

I prefer DocuSign and have for years, the brokerage I work with offers Dotloop for free and I still prefer to pay for Docusign on my own.

I'd be a little more worried now that they are with Zillow about what information Zillow will pull from transactions. On one hand they could make Zillow more acurate on the other I just don't trust them to do so for the good of agents.
